Having led teams of hundreds across industries such as FMCG, logistics, food, and technology, she understands the realities of today’s workplace, from boardroom pressures to frontline leadership challenges.
As a former COO, CEO, and GM, Katherine blends commercial acumen with psychological insight to deliver coaching that is both practical and transformative.
