Katherine is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with over 30 years of experience spanning corporates, startups, scale-ups, and social enterprises. Having led teams of hundreds across industries such as FMCG, logistics, food, and technology, she understands the realities of today’s workplace, from boardroom pressures to frontline leadership challenges.

As a former COO, CEO, and GM, Katherine blends commercial acumen with psychological insight to deliver coaching that is both practical and transformative. She champions leadership styles that are authentic, balanced, and resilient, believing that the best leaders are those who align clarity of vision with empathy and strength.
